Our facilities
Our priority is your comfort and ease of mind. Our rooms have been designed and detailed to a standard you would expect from a luxury hotel. We have a range of single and double rooms and suites.
Reception
The telephone in your room features both local and international direct dial. Charges apply for all external phone calls and prices vary. Please contact reception for details. Please note that 0800 numbers and calling card connection numbers also incur a charge.

Internet
Wi-fi broadband is available free of charge in all guest rooms and public areas. We have two computers available in the Cotton Cove for guests who do not have their own.
Radio
A national and local radio station is available through your TV.
Microwaves
Two microwaves are available in the dining room.
Refrigerators
All our rooms are equipped with a refrigerator.
Safe deposit boxes
Every room is equipped with a safe box. If you need to store laptops or large items we have a larger safe located near the reception area. The hotel will not accept any responsibility for the loss of items not stored in the safes.
Kindles
Two Kindles with a wide range of books will be available free of charge at reception. A credit card pre-authorisation will be required to borrow them.
DVD players
A credit card pre-authorisation will be required when borrowing our free of charge DVD players at the reception.
Phone chargers
BlackBerry and iPhone chargers are available at reception. A credit card pre-authorisation will be required to borrow them.
Photocopying
The reception desk can arrange all your photocopying requirements.
Laundry room
The hotel has a laundry room located near reception on the 5th floor. We provide washing machines, tumble dryers, iron & ironing board and trouser press free of charge. Detergent and softener are available at reception for a small charge.

Mail service
Any incoming mail will be held for your arrival at the reception desk, or alternatively delivered directly to your room prior to 11.00am daily. The reception desk will also arrange posting of your mail.
Newspapers
Metro, Evening Standard and a selection of magazines are available in our Cotton Cove area. If there is a particular newspaper or publication that you would like delivered to your room please contact the reception desk (subject to a charge).
Air conditioning
All rooms and public areas are air-conditioned. Rooms have individually controlled thermostat and fan speed control.
Linen
All our luxury linen is made of pure 100% cotton; slippers and bathrobes are available in every room. We will make your room every day and if you are not ready please leave the do not disturb sign outside your door. At the Cotton Rooms we are committed to conducting our business in a way that ensures environmental sustainability. Our policy is to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. Therefore except where requested sheets will be changed every 3 days for a long stay guest and towels will be changed on request and when the room is cleaned. Please place all towels to be changed into the bath or on the floor. Feel free to contact reception if you need more linen.
